PERSONAL STATEMENT
My experience in numerous high profile offices across a diverse range of sectors has developed my adaptability, assuredness and rigour in my approach to architecture and design. My aim is to produce high quality, sophisticated work at all stages of the project, from concept to detail design. Sketching, modeling, documentation and high quality front-end image production comprised the early stages of my career, with my professional focus now on concept design and delivery.
For seven years I have been with Woods Bagot focusing primarily on high profile, city-centre transport and infrastructure projects gaining valuable experience across all stages of the process. Since then I have been part of a start-up architectural services firm which offers executive services.
I am a strong team player who enjoys personal interaction and communication, however, I thrive most one-on-one exploring innovative design solutions. My liaison with clients, site engineers and collaborators across different disciplines is something I thrive off and getting meaningful, successful design outcomes through partnerships is something I cherish and have an excellent track record for.
EXPERIENCE

During my time here I was seconded to various projects to collaborate and assist with such firms as 3XN, Hassell and Cox. 2014 to 2021
Woods Bagot / Sydney
Central Station / Associate / Architectural Station Lead
Associate working on the delivery stage of Central Station, Sydney, having been an integral part of the team since the bid phase in 2017. Working almost exclusively on such a high profile, complex project has allowed me to show my flexibility in functional design, aesthetic, collaboration, problem solving, coordination and ultimately documentation and delivery. My contribution to the scheme includes early concepts, package delivery, compliance, client liaison and detail design. It is a project I am immensely proud of to be both part of the winning team and of the results on site.
Wynyard Walk / Associate / Package Lead and Site Phase Delivery
For over a combined three and a half years I was on the Wynyard Walk team, joining shortly after the project had been awarded to Woods Bagot. I led the Clarence Street Entry building package, however, I took the role of ensuring design intent was met project wide during the site phase. As a result I was intimately involved across many areas including the Pedestrian Tunnel, Wynyard Station Interface and the public plaza. My understanding of elegant detailing and the benefit of a no-compromise approach elevated my skill set and gave me the confidence to take on even more complex projects.
Metro West / Associate / Architectural Station Lead
For six months I was part of the design consortium led by WSP based in the Metro offices in Sydney working of the Definition Design phase of Metro West. My role included site analysis, station typology assessment, urban design and presenting regularly to Metro. Other roles included contract agreements, probity and inter-studio collaboration.
Melbourne Metro / Associate / Architectural Station Lead
For six months I was seconded in the project office for the Melbourne Metro bid alongside and in conjunction with CPB, Fender Katsalidis and Cox Architecture. My role was station design co-lead for two stations on the proposed line for both the public facing architectural concepts and the inner workings for the back of house areas and overall station design. My understating of the mechanics of station design developed greatly here and my appetite for large scale infrastructure projects grew, my next challenge being the bid phase for Central Station, Sydney.
